I had the most incredible experience at this spa! I treated myself and my daughter for our August birthdays, and it was truly unforgettable. We chose the head spa, which included a facial, hair and scalp cleansing, and the most relaxing massage for our neck, back, and shoulders. The hot stones, essential oils, and heated foot pillows made the entire treatment feel heavenly. What made it even more special was how thoughtful the staff were—Maria and Kristina were absolutely lovely, genuinely sweet, and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday gift and decorated her area with rose petals, which was such a personal and thoughtful touch. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall service were exceptional. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful for such a beautiful experience. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to return!

I recently tried out this headspa and wanted to share my honest experience. Pros: • From the start, the service was warm and welcoming. When I called with questions, I unknowingly spoke to the manager, who was super helpful and informative. • When I arrived, the tech greeted me with such kindness and even offered me a glass of wine while she prepped such a nice, calming touch. • The actual headspa service was amazing. She was so gentle, constantly checked in with me about my preferences, and made the experience so relaxing that I literally fell asleep! • Even though she wasn’t very familiar with my hair type, she truly tried her best. She was patient, understanding, and really made the effort to work with me, which I genuinely appreciated. Cons: • Prior to booking, I called to ask if they blow-dried hair after the service and was told that there were staff who could work with my hair type. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Once I arrived, I was told they only wash hair and most people go home to dry and style it themselves. • This was disappointing, especially because my hair doesn’t do well just air-dried. I ended up having to blow-dry and finish it myself, which kind of ruined the relaxing vibe. It felt like I went from being pampered and calm to now tired and doing the work myself definitely not how I would’ve liked the experience to end. I believe this should be clearly stated ahead of time, either on the website or during booking, so clients can come prepared. I also recognize that the business is located in a predominantly white neighborhood, so maybe they tend to cater more to that demographic but still, transparency goes a long way. Final Thoughts: I would return because the experience overall was peaceful and the staff was kind. Now that I know what to expect, I can plan accordingly. With a few adjustments and clearer communication, this could easily be a 5-star spot.
