Genesis was very kind and knowledgeable about the service. She was perfect and did an amazing job given the materials she has to work with. The salon needs to up their game. If you’re charging $135 you need to be using quality hair products, not Pantene. My hair left feeling dryer than when I arrived. You should be using Kerastase or Oribe products. The hair drying at the end of the service should be a blowout, not just a simple blow dry. Will not be returning due to the quality of the service.
