Great over all experience

Michelle was amazing! She really took the time to make sure she understood any skin concerns I had before starting and checked in frequently to make sure I was enjoying the service. Highly recommend!

First visit to Green Bamboo, highly anticipated this visit. Booked through site, accidentally made two appt. Got reminders, through text for appointments. Personally called after receptionist, saw my mistake, was able to accommodate me. Met by stafff apon arrival, pleasant atmosphere. Isela, therapist, led me back to treatment room, gave me instructions on appreal. I signed up for the 60 mins.treatment. I did not expect the facial, which I thought was an added bonus. Two shampoos and one conditioner session, after that I did expect an actual scalp massage. I did not get that. It was relaxing to have the halo jets on the scalp. She did a hand and shoulder massage. I was not expecting to have her blow dry my hair, it was a nice surprise. I thought the price matched the service. I did receive a loyalty card, 9 treatments get the 10 free. I do recommend the place. I will have to look into other treatments they offer, to see if I can get a scalp massage. Over nice place and therapist.

I highly recommend Genesis she was polite, understanding, patient and just all around an amazing energy to be around. She constantly asked if I was ok, if everything was perfect or if I needed anything and it was just such an amazing experience. I cant wait to go back and book a session with her again.

Amazing love it

Really relaxing experience! Michelle was so welcoming and kind. One thing I would suggest is warmer rooms/blankets when it is so cold out. Nonetheless I enjoyed the experience and will be back!

The head spa wasn’t what I thought it was, but the stylist was very sweet and it felt good. Personally, I thought I would be more of an hour of non stop scalp rubbing, scratching, playing with hair, etc. it kind of focused on scalp, facials, a couple of mins on hand and neck massage etc. worth trying one time for sure

Loved my headspa treatment with Blanca! She made me feel very comfortable and used great pressure while doing the massage. My daughter had Kristina and she loved her treatment with her as well. Can’t wait to go back!!!
